Do you want to combine leadership with operational responsibility within payroll, HR administration, and process development? We are now looking for an engaged and business-driven Group Manager Payroll Administration who wants to lead and develop a team while contributing specialist competence in payroll, working time, and HR processes.
About the Role
As Group Manager Payroll Administration, you are responsible for leading and developing a team of payroll administrators, as well as ensuring the correct, efficient, and regular delivery of payroll and time reporting processes. The role involves close collaboration with HR, managers, and other support functions, where you act as a key link between operational activities and central HR processes.

Your Main Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the team.
- Set goals, monitor results, and provide ongoing feedback.
- Ensure competence development and an engaged workforce.
Payroll and Time Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll payments.
- Ensure processes comply with legislation, collective agreements, and tax regulations.
- Support the team with complex payroll matters.
Working Time Issues
- Analyze and develop working time models and shift schedules.
- Ensure compliance with working time legislation, rest periods, and collective agreements.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new working time solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contribute to payroll audits and salary mapping.
- Conduct analyses and benchmarking of salary data.
- Act as a support to managers and HR on compensation-related matters.
Process Development and Improvement
- Identify and drive improvement initiatives within payroll and HR administration.
- Participate in projects related to system development, digitalization, and efficiency.
- Ensure high quality in reporting and decision-making support.
Collaboration and Advisory
- Act as a contact person for managers, HR Business Partners, and finance functions.
- Create good collaborations between different business areas.
- Contribute analyses and recommendations to the business.
We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- University education in HR, economics, business administration, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a people management leadership role.
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll administration and/or HR administration.
- Good knowledge of working time legislation, collective agreements, and payroll processes.
- Experience with Compensation & Benefits work, such as payroll audits or benchmarking.
- Experience in process development, change management, or project work.
- Very strong analytical skills and experience working with data and reporting.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from large international or matrix organizations.
- Experience with HR system implementations or digitalization projects.
